摘要 详细论述了一种新的三元叶轮加工方法,即在五轴数控加工中心采用固定旋转轴,加工过程中只有直线轴联动,采用高速铣粗、精加工三元叶轮。经过实践检验,采用这种直线轴联动高速铣的方法后,叶轮的加工效率大幅提高,刀具成本显著降低。 This paper put forward a new machining method in 3D impeller, which named linear axes milling method. The two rotate axes of 5 axes machining center are fixed in a specific angle and only linear axes co-moved when the machine perform the fine process. High speed finishing process reduce milling and method is applied in roughing to acquire high efficiency and cutting tool expenses.
