摘要
目的调查男性不育症患者的性生活状况.方法将600例来我科进行生殖健康检查的25~40岁已婚男性,分为正常对照组和不育组,各300例,对其性生活频率、IIEF-5积分、勃起功能障碍（ED）和早泄（PE）的发病情况等进行问卷调查.结果（1）不育组的性生活频率为每月（4.27±2.73）次,明显低于正常对照组[（每月7.52±3.51）次];不育组的IIEF-5评分为（16.25±5.01）分,显著低于正常对照组（20.38±7.32）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.（2）在不育组中,ED和PE的发生率分别是26%和32%,而正常对照中的发生率分别是12%和18%,不育组ED及PE的发生率均显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）.结论男性不育患者更容易出现性生活频率下降、ED及PE.
Objective To investigate the status of sexual life in infertile men. Methods A total of 600 married men were divided averagely into two groups such as the control group and male infertility group. Sexual life frequency、IIEF-5 scores、incidece of ED and PE of males in two groups were investigated. Results （1） The mean sexual life frequency （4.27±2.73）times per month in male infertility group wasmarkedly lower than that of control group （7.52±3.51）times per month. IIEF-5 scores（16.25 ±5.01） in male infertility group, was lower than that of the control group （ 20.38±7.82）. （2） Incidences of ED and PE（ 26%and 32%respectively） in male infertility group were all higher than those of the control group（ 12%and 18%）. Conclusion Lower sexual life frequency, higher incidence of ED and PE occurred frequently in infertile men.
