摘要
通过对比筛选,选取了性能接近,对环境友好,毒性低的乙基环己烷作为沥青封口剂的稀释剂,替代纸板电池中常用的二甲苯等芳烃。与稀释剂二甲苯质量含量为13%时的沥青封口剂相比,稀释剂乙基环己烷的质量含量为15%时的沥青封口剂,贮存24 h及30 d后的黏度略高,上机涂抹的效果接近,放电性能无明显差别,能满足生产使用的要求。
By comparing and screening, ethyl cyclohexane, which had similar performance ,friendly to environmental and low toxici-ty was selected as diluent in asphalt sealant,to replace aromatic such as xylene which commonly used in paperlined battery. Com-pared with asphalt sealant that contained 13% xylene as a diluent,the viscosity of asphalt sealant that contained 15% ethyl cyelo-hexane was slightly higher after stored for 24 h and 30 d. Their painting result on line was similar, their discharge performance had no obvious difference,which could meet the productive and operating requirements.
