摘要
用萃取法将NixCoyMn1-x-y(OH)2酸性溶液中的Fe(Ⅲ)分离,并以乙酸乙酯为萃取剂,通过原子吸收光谱法测定Fe(Ⅲ)含量。研究了萃取酸度、萃取相比Vo∶VS以及反萃取相比VS∶VA对分析Fe(Ⅲ)含量的影响。萃取酸度为6 mol/L、Vo∶VS=2∶1及VS∶VA=1∶2为最佳萃取条件。建立的分析方法,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.08%,加标回收率为97.70%~99.56%。
Using extraction method to separate Fe( Ⅲ) from NixCoyMnl-x-y(OH)2acid solution,then using ethyl acetate as ex-traction agent, via atomic absorption spectrometry to determinate Fe (Ⅲ) content. The influences of extraction acidity, extraction phase ratio Vo: Vs and stripping phase Vs: VA to the analysis of Fe( Ⅲ) content were studied. The optimal extraction conditions were extraction acidity of 6 mol/L, Vo: Vs = 2:1 and Vs: VA = 1:2. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of established analysis method was 1.08% ,the recovery was 97.70% - 99. 56%.
