摘要
目的 研究肝癌组织连续切片中微血管密度 (MVD)及血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)两者之间的关系。方法 肝癌组织标本 5 0例 ,采用抗人Ⅷ因子相关抗原、抗人VEGF进行免疫组织化学染色显示组织中微血管及VEGF阳性表达细胞。结果 5 0例肝癌组织中 ,VEGF表达阳性者 2 8例 ,阳性率为 5 6 %。肝癌及癌旁正常肝组织MVD测定结果显示 ,VEGF阳性表达组明显高于阴性表达组 ,其差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 肝癌组织中MVD明显高于癌旁正常组织 ,并与VEGF表达呈明显正相关。
Objective\ To study the relationship between the microvessel density MVD and VEGF expression in the serial sections of liver cancer. Methods\ Microvessels and positive cells of VEGF expression were assessed by immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies against F-VIII Rag and against human VEGF. Results\ Positive VEGF expression was found in 56 %(28/50) of the patients with liver cancer. MVD in the liver cancer and the normal tissue arround liver cancer was significantly higher in positive VEGF expression tumor than in negative VEGF expression ( P <0.05). Conclusions\ MVD in the liver cancer was significantly higher than in the normal liver tissue, and positively correlated with the VEGF expression.\;
