摘要
针对现有高层建筑供热系统换热站占地大、耗材多、高低区供热系统不平衡、智能化水平低等问题,进行了理论分析和优化试验,开发了具有自动调整高区、低区之间热力平衡功能的系统设备,采用先进的计算机数字控制变频技术以及可靠的压力、温度传感技术,实现了与现有的外部配套设备有机结合,解决了在变流量状态下高层建筑高低区供热系统中的压力和温度的控制问题。
Aiming at the existing problems of heating system of high-rise buildings such as large area for heat transfer station, more consumptive material, disequilibrium between low-rise and high-rise floors, low level of intelligentize. Based on the theoretical analysis and optimized test, This paper develop system equipment which can adjust heating between low-rise and high-rise floors automatically. By using advanced numerical control by computer and technology of frequency conversion and sensor for pressure and temperature to achieve the connection with existing external facilities, it can solve the problem with pressure and temperature control in variable heating system for high-rise buildings.
