摘要
本研究立足于中学英语教师的常态教学,采用案例研究、行动研究以及课堂观察等方法对高中英语同课异构课例进行多元化评析,比较和分析了日常教学中的教学方法和教学行为,结果表明,“同课异构”教研方式不仅有助于教师提高课堂教学能力和专业素质,而且能够提高教学的有效性,因此,笔者建议教师要积极主动地参与“同课异构”教研活动,依靠团队合作和集体智慧,最终提高英语常态教学的有效性。
Based upon the normal practical English teaching, this study evaluates and analyzes "the heterogeneous classes" of senior high school English teachers' normal teaching diversely by adopting some study methods, such as case study, action study, the classroom observation, and so forth. By comparison and data analysis of some effective, ineffective and even invalid teaching methods and teaching behaviours, some conclusions have been made in this study that "the heterogeneous classes" does help teachers to improve not only classroom teaching ability and professional quality, but also effectiveness of normal teaching. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers should participate in teaching and studying activities of "the heterogeneous classes" actively to form team cooperation and collective wisdom and improve effectiveness of normal English teaching eventually.
