摘要
高精度复合柴油过滤材料是由无纺布与高精度柴油滤纸复合而成,因而复合方式对于二者间的结合强度以及复合材料的过滤性能有着重要的影响。本文对使用前和使用后共26种商品样的复合方式进行了分析。结果表明:目前进口的商品样存在超声波直接焊接复合和使用黏结剂粘结复合两种复合方式,且从使用后样品无纺布与纸基间结合状态的分析可知,两种方式的结合强度都能满足使用要求,但这两种复合方式结合点位置的形貌和对过滤性能的影响不同。此外,超声波复合要求纸基中使用的树脂体系需具有一定的热熔性,而黏结剂复合需提前对无纺布进行超声波焊接处理以固定其结构。
High precision compound diesel filter media are consisted of nonwovens and high precision diesel filter paper. The compound ways have significant effect on the strength and filtration performance. 26 commercial sam- ples including new and used ones were studied in this paper. The results show that imported commercial samples employ two compound ways-ultrasonic and adhesive. Both the compound ways can meet the bonding demand, but the shape of the combining points and consequent filtration performance are different to each other. Furthermore, ultrasonic way requires reinforcing resin applied in the paper base to be hot-melt, while adhesive way needs struc- ture-fixed nonwovens pretreated by ultrasonic welding.
