摘要
高比例脱墨浆的添加会给浆料带来了大量细小纤维和阴离子垃圾,造成纸机湿部细小纤维留着率低,滤水慢等问题。本文主要针对添加了大量DIP的纸页生产过程中存在的助留助滤问题进行分析,研究了助留体系的选择和添加有机微粒对留着率和滤水性能的影响,从而达到改善助留助滤性能,提高成纸灰分的目的。
Highly addition of DIP could bring about lots of fines and anionic trash, which could accordingly cause a lower retention of fines and worse drainage property. The effects of the choice of retention aid system and adding organic particles on retention and drainage property were mainly studied in this paper, aiming at improving the re- tention and drainage properties and increasing the ash content of the paper.
