聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵的合成及其应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用梯度升温的方法合成出了高分子量的聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDMDAAC),研究了反应温度、单体浓度、引发剂用量、反应体系的pH值以及络合剂Na4EDTA的用量对产物特性粘度的影响,获得了较佳的反应条件:起始反应单体浓度为60%,引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)用量为0.2%(/单体质量),反应体系pH值为5,Na4EDTA用量为0.003%(/单体质量)。在此工艺条件下获得产物PDMDAAC的特性黏度为1.64dl/g,并对产物进行了FT-IR表征,结果证明合成出了聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。并讨论了其在AKD熟化方面的应用,在乳化AKD过程中加入3%用量的PDMDAAC(/乳液质量),其施胶效果较未添加PDMDAAC的效果更佳。 Poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (PDMDAAC) with high molecular weight was synthesized by the method of gradually increasing temperature. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, monomer con- centration, the dosage of initiator and pH value on intrinsic viscosity were investigated. The results were shown as follows: The initial concentration of monomer was 60%. The dosage of the potassium persulfate (KPS) was 0.2% based on monomer amount. The pH value of the reaction system was 5. The dosage of the Na4EDTA was 0. 003% of monomer amount. The intrinsic viscosity of PDMDAAC of 1.64dl/g can be got at the technological conditions. The product was characterized by FT -IR. The results showed that the PDMDAAC was success fully synthesized. The application of PDMDAAC in emulsion process was discussed. The sizing effect was better than that of the AKD emulsion without PDMDAAC.
