浆纸污泥高效脱水配渣屑黑液混烧发电的新技术 被引量:2

摘要 在现代化大型浆厂的木片投料堆场会有大量木屑,在ECF漂白浆线的筛选工段会产生部分浆渣;制浆污水经污水厂处理后,产生大量初沉污泥、二级生物处理剩余污泥和三级脱色深度处理的化学污泥。本高新技术将初沉污泥和三级污泥经板框压榨高效脱水后,配浆渣木屑到动力锅炉混烧发电,将生物污泥经离心分离后与稀黑液混合经多效蒸发、超浓蒸发后,到碱回收炉混烧发电。 In a large modern pulp mill, there are many different solid waste or residues being a part of discharge for landfill previously, those have the potential and can be reused as a new energy source. The wood yard generates hundreds tons of chip fines, the screening and washing section makes many tons of uncooked knots and screen re- jects, plus the effluent treatment plant with three-stages system produced primary settling sludge, secondary biologi- cal sludge, and tertiary chemical sludge. This paper focuses on a new technology developed by our team to burn the mixture of wood chip fines, uncooked knots and screen rejects, primary and tertiary sludge with coal in a power boiler as well as to concentrate with centrifuge and burn secondary biological sludge with black liquor in a recovery boiler to generate steam and power. The combustion of above-mentioned mixed solids will replace large amount of fossil coal, makes the pulp mill more energy efficient, and meanwhile reduces landfill requirement, resulting in cleaner and greener pulp and paper mill production.
