“白马藏族”民间体育引入教学中的可行性研究——以陇南文县铁楼乡为个案

On the Study of the Feasibility in Teaching Leading into Baima Tibetan Folk Sports——Taking Tielou County Wen Town Longnan as the Individual Case

本文拟从民族民间体育的概念入手,以陇南地区白马藏族的民间体育项目为个案,通过对其的整理与开发,在大学体育教学中的实践,结果表明,民族民间体育项目不仅能丰富体育课程的教学内容,也能提高学生的学习兴趣和培养学生终生体育锻炼的意识,更能增强体育教学的地域文化特色.

This paper intends to start from the concept of a national folk sports, taking Longnan area Baima Tibetan folk sports as individual case through the collation and development of its practice in College Physical Education. The results show that it not only enrich the national folk sports PE course content, but also can improve the students＇ interest and develop the awareness of students life-long physical exercise. What is more, it can enhance the geographical and cultural characteristics of the physical education teaching.
