摘要
简要阐述了25.5 MVA封闭炉冶炼高碳锰铁与富锰渣的过程中影响锰分配比的因素,并结合冶炼实践选择和控制富锰渣碱度,以冶炼出合格的富锰渣产品。此外,还分析了冶炼富锰渣开炉初期出现的一些问题并提出了相应的解决对策,对富锰渣的生产有一定的指导意义。
The factors that impact the Mn partition ratio in HC FeMn and Mn-rich slag smelting in 25.5 MVA close furnace have been expounded. Combined with smelting practice selection and control of Mn-rich slag basicity to get the qualified products. Moreover, analyzed some problems occurred at initial stage of Mn-rich slag smelting and countermeasures. It has guiding significance for the production of Mn-rich slag.
