摘要
通过工业试验,研究了大型还原回转窑高效优质生产V_2O_3,的技术。具体考察了还原温度、简体转速、还原介质、还原窑出料速度和均化技术对产品质量和产能的影响。结果表明,还原温度、筒体转速、出料速度、还原介质对产品质量影响程度依次降低。还原介质为50~80 m^3/h,出料量为400~450 kg/11,2或3点温度为700~750℃,简体转速变量为25 s/r和安装翻料装置的条件下,可以实现高质高产。
Adopted the industrial test to research the technique of producing V2O3 by large scale reduction kiln. 3he effect on product quality and productivity of reduction temperature, rotation speed of drum, reducing medium, output speed and homogenizing technique was investigated. The resuhs show that their effect degree on product quality has been ranked: reduction temperature, rotation speed of drum, output speed,reducing medium. High output high quality can be obtained in the condition of reducing medium 50-80 m3/h, output 400~500 kg/h, temperature of the second and third point 700~750℃, variables of drum speed 25 s/r and installation of reversing device.
