摘要
摇炉精炼工艺在铁合金行业的应用越来越广泛,文章介绍了摇炉生产的工作原理和关键工艺过程,分析了大容量摇炉的发展趋势,探讨了摇炉设计的基本原则,着重介绍了8 m^3、20 m^3摇炉的结构特点和技术参数,指出大容量摇炉在铁合金及炼钢企业中将发挥更大的节能减排作用。
Application of refining process of rocking furnace in ferroalloy industry is more and more extensive, this paper introduces working principle and main process of rocking furnace production, analyzes development tendency of highcapacity rocking furnace, discusses basic principle of rocking furnace design, focuses on structure features and technical parameters of 8 m^3,20 m^3 rocking furnace. It points out greater function of energy conservation and emission reduction by rocking furnace in ferroalloy industry and steelmaking enterprises.
