摘要
针对南非某半封闭铬铁矿热炉废气进行余热利用,考虑现场环境温度高、缺水等实际情况,选择直接空冷发电机组。为便于现场安装,设计了U型锅炉和模块化管箱结构,选用乙炔爆燃吹灰方式;优化了空冷凝汽器的设计温度.确定了汽轮机长期运行温度和背压的最高效率点,达到了良好的经济效益和环境效益,为同类型余热利用提供了借鉴。
For a semi-closed ferrochrome submerged arc furnace waste heat recovery power plant in South Africa, considering high ambient temperature and lack of water, direct air cooling power generation unit is chosen. In order to facilitate erection, U type boiler and tube bundle module is designed and acetylene soot blower is adopted. Design temperature of air cooling condenser, and turbine long-term run temperature and backpressure is optimized to achieve economical and environmental benefit, which provides a reference for similar waste heat utilization project.
