摘要
建立政府微博中的热点事件信息可信度影响因素模型并进行实证分析。研究发现当前政府微博中的热点事件信息可信度较好,因此政府可以将政府微博作为一个有效平台来发布热点事件信息。此外,影响政府微博中热点事件信息可信度的主要因素是社会信任,其次是公众的受教育程度和党派归属,而微博自身的碎片化、非逻辑化和娱乐化特征并不构成政府微博中热点事件信息可信度的消极因素。因此,要提高政府微博中热点事件信息的可信度,首要的是建立我国公众的社会信任。
A model of the influencing factors of the credibility of hot-event information in government micro-blogis built. It is found that its credibility is relatively satisfying, and government can release hot-event information through the government micro-biog. Moreover, the most important factor of the credibility of hot-event informa- tion in government miero-blog is social trust, followed by education level and party ownership, and charaeteris-tics of micro-blog such as fragmentation, illogic and entertainment have no negative influence on the credibility. Public social trust should be built primarily in order to strengthen credibility of hot-event information in govern-ment micro-biog.
