摘要
利用"配电盘"商业模型分析了手机新型操作系统平台价值创造环境,提出了平台配电盘模式的价值创造模式。基于产业链发展所需的四个支撑维度,研究了手机新型操作系统平台的产业链运行机制。最后总结了我国发展新型手机操作系统平台的可行性,为我国相关产业发展提供策略依据。
The value creation dynamics of the new kinds of mobile operating system （MOS） is changing, be- cause of its characteristics for powerful integration of data, colorful content implications and great customer expe- rience. The environment of value creation for the new kind of MOS based on switchboard profit model is ana- lyzed, and the value creation dynamics of MOS is put forward. Based on the four imperative elements for chain industry development, industry chain operational mechanism of new MOS platform is researched. Finally, the feasibility for developing new kinds of MOS and suggestions on developing the industry in China are given.
