产业化背景下我国农业可持续发展的困境与法律对策

如何在大规模实现产业化经营的背景下确保农业可持续发展,是我国当前必须致力于解决的重大现实问题。作为可持续发展战略的重要组成部分,农业可持续发展要求在发展农业的过程中追求并实现环境健康、经济效益和社会公平的有机统一,但我国农业产业化经营与农业可持续发展的这些目标之间存在着紧张关系,其中一个主要原因在于相关制度建设滞后。当前应完善并落实农业环境保护、风险与利益分配、农业的特殊保护与支持等方面的法律制度,以化解两者之间的冲突。

How to realize the sustainable development of China＇s agriculture under the conditions of mass industrialization is an important problem to be solved at the present.As an essential component of the sustainable development strategy,the sustainable development of agriculture strives for the integration of environmental health,economic profit and social equity.However,the industrialization of China＇s agriculture and its sustainable development are in conflict as a result of the lagging behind of concerned institutions.Currently we need to focus on the improvement of such institutions as environmental protection,the distribution of risks and profits,the special treatment and support of agriculture and so on,thus the conflicts between agricultural industrialization and sustainable agriculture can be solved.
