水凝胶软性义眼100例临床应用

Clinical practice of soft HEMA artificial eye in 100 cases.

目的 观察我们研制的水凝胶软性义眼的临床应用效果。方法 采用水凝胶 (聚甲基丙烯酸 β 羟乙酯 /HEMA)为材料的软性义眼 ,经临床应用 10 0例 ,用于眼球萎缩 48例 ,植入义眼座 18例 ,硬性义眼对照组 10例 ,植入羟基磷灰石义眼座 2 0例 ,行眼球萎缩手术 4例。结果 配戴后患者感到基本满意。较硬性义眼对照组配戴舒适、无下垂感。对植入羟基磷灰石义眼座者可直接吸附在义眼的表面上 ,达到同步运动 ,不需作栓钉植入术。结论 软性义眼的临床应用为眼球萎缩的患者直接配戴义眼创造了条件。

To invest the efficacy of clinical use of soft HEMA artificial eye.Method Soft HEMA aritficial eye which was made of Poly-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) were used in 100 cases, including atrophy of eyeball 48 cases, enucleation and implanting pedestal 18 cases,having worn hard artificial eye before in 10 cases, having been implanted HA pedestal in 20 cases,aspirating the vitreous body to make it atrophied in 4 cases.Results All cases were satisfied.It was comfortable in the cases who had worn hard artificial eye before.Soft HEMA artificial eye could attached to the HA pedestal so that they moved synchronously without implanting screw.Conclusion Patients with atrophied eyeball could wear soft HEMA artificial eye directly.
