一次性针头断线控制人工晶状体术后角膜散光

Suture cutting with a disposable needle controlled corneal astigmatism after implantation of intraocular lens.

目的 探讨控制白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术后角膜散光的简易而有效的方法。方法 采用一次性 2 6号注射针头进行断线处理 ,观察其角膜散光度及视力的变化 ,并进行空白对照。结果 处理组角膜散光显著降低 ,裸眼视力呈明显提高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 一次性针头断线能有效地控制缝线源性角膜散光。

In order to make an inquiry into a simple and effective way which is able to control corneal astigmatism after cataract extraction and implantation of intraocular lens.Method We adopted the way of suture cutting with 26 gauge disposable needle,and observed their corneal astigmatic degree’s and visual changes,and carried out blank comparison.Results Handled group’s corneal astigmatism were reduced obviously,their naked visual acuity were improved obviously( P<0.01 ).Conclusion The way of cutting suture with the disposable needle can be employed to control corneal astigmatism.
