玻璃体手术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离

Application of vitreoretinal surgery in complicated retinal detachment.

目的 评价玻璃体切除术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的效果。方法 对 35例 (36眼 )复杂性视网膜脱离行玻璃体视网膜手术治疗做回顾性分析。结果 36眼经 1次或 2次玻璃体视网膜联合术 ,总有效者 32眼 (88 9% )。术后随访 31眼 ,平均随访时间 10 4月 ,视网膜复位 2 7眼 (87 1% ) ,视网膜再脱离 4眼(12 9% ) ,其中视力提高 2 2眼 (71% ) ,不变 5眼 (16 1% ) ,下降 4眼 (12 9% )。结论 玻璃体视网膜手术为复杂性视网膜脱离提供了良好的治疗手段。

To evaluate the efficacy of vitreoretinal(VR) surgery in the treatment of complicated retinal detachment(CRD).Method The retroespective analysis was done in 35 cases(36 eyes)with CRD treated with VR surgery.Results 32 eyes(88.9%) had efficacy among 36 eyes having been treated with once or twice VR surgery.31 eyes were followed-up for average 10.4 months.The detached retinas in 27 eyes (87.1%) were reattached and redetached in 4 eyes (12.9%).Visual acuity improved in 22 eyes(71%),5 eyes(16.1%) remained unchanged and 4 eyes (12.9%) had worse vision.Conclusion VR surgery is an effective therapy for complicated retinal detachment.
