丝裂霉素C联合结膜徙盖术治疗复发性翼状胬肉

Combined mitomycin C and conjunctiva transplantation for recurrent pterygium.

目的 探讨丝裂霉素C(MMC)联合结膜徙盖术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 采用翼状胬肉手术切除联合MMC、结膜徙盖治疗复发性翼状胬肉 2 2例 2 2眼。术中 1次性局部应用MMC ,胬肉切除后巩膜暴露区用正常结膜组织徙盖。结果 术后随访 1～ 2 6月 ,平均 10 3± 2 .9月。术后再次复发率为4 5 5 % ,手术成功率为 95 45 %。并发症 ,早期浅层点状角膜炎 8眼 (36 % )。结论 MMC联合结膜徙盖术可有效地防止复发性病例的再次发生。

To evaluate the effect of combined Mitomycin C(MMC) and conjunctiva transplantation for recurrent pterygium.Method Removal pterygium and combined MMC and conjunctiva transplantation,the surgery was performed on 22 eyes of 22 patients.A single five minutes for the agent MMC used during the operation,and covered the sclerotica up with the normal conjunctiva nearby.Results Mean follow-up was 10.3±2.9 months (range from 1 to 26 months).The operation success rate was 95.45% and recurrent rate was 4.55%. Postoperatively,superficial punctate keratitis was found in 8 eyes in the early stage.Conclusion We consider that combined MMC and conjunctiva transplantation can reduce the recurrence of recurrent pterygium.
