眼睑全层缺损的修复与再造

The repair and reconstruction full layer defect of eyelids.

目的 探讨眼睑全层缺损的修复再造方式。方法 应用自体鼻中膈粘骨膜瓣游离移植做为眼睑的内层 ,含有眼轮匝肌的皮瓣或眼轮匝肌肌瓣并游离植皮作为眼睑的外层再造眼睑。结果 2 1例眼睑再造全部成活 ,眼睑再造与角膜移植同时进行 2例 ,病人视力得以保存。结论 应用自体鼻中膈粘骨膜瓣再造眼睑及与角膜移植同期手术是可供临床选用的较好方法。

To discuss the methods on repair of full layer eyelid defect. Methods Replace the inner layer of eyelid by mucoperiosteum of eyelid was replaced by orbicularis oculi or together with its skin. Results A11 of the 21 cases had good results. 2 cases were undergone cornea transplantation and the visions were restored. Conclusions The eyelid could be repaired by nasal septum, corneal transplantation could be done together with th repair of eyelid.
