This article analyzes the present situation and prospects of the video surveillance system in the residential district underground parking, it illustrates the needs analysis and technical iInplementation of the system, and pointed out that with the development of electronic technology, the project cost of the digital video surveillance system is getting lower and lower, eventually replace the traditional analog control system.
