重症医学科护理信息系统应用实践

The application of modern information technology in the nursing management of intensive care

目的:介绍重症医学科护理信息系统的功能并分析其效果。方法:统计分析使用重症医学科护理信息系统前后给药错误发生情况、书写护理记录时间、危重患者中心静脉导管感染率和死亡率的差异。结果:重症医学科护理信息系统投入使用后,护理不良事件中给药错误发生例数为0例;护理记录书写时间由(76.60±10.37)min缩短到(44.28±9.43)min;危重患者的中心静脉导管感染率由2.43例/千日降至2.01例/千日;死亡率由7.98%降至6.13%。结论:重症医学科护理信息系统的使用确保了医嘱的正确执行,提高了护理工作效率,降低了危重患者的中心静脉导管感染率和死亡率。

Objective： To introduce the application of the nursing information system in the Intensive Care Unit, and analyze its effectiveness. Methods： The difference of medication error, the documentation record time, the infection rate and the mortality of critical ill patients before and after using the nursing information system in Intensive Care Unit were analyzed. Results： The number of medication error was 0 after using the nursing information system in Intensive Care Unit; the average documentation time was significantly reduced from 76.60-a：10.37 minutes to 44.28＋9.43 minutes; the central venous catheter infection rate was reduced from 2.43 to 2.01 cases i.n one thousand days. The mortality rate of critical ill patients was also reduced from 7.98% to 6.13%. Conclusion： The application of nursing information system in Intensive Care Unit can ensure medical orders executed correctly, improve working efficiency, and reduce infection rate and the mortality rate of critical ill patients.
