中文版同情疲劳量表的信度、效度研究

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Compassion Fatigue Scale

目的:建立用于度量我国临床护士同情疲劳水平的中文版量表。方法:在翻译Stamm教授所编制的同情疲劳量表的基础上,通过专家评定和对305名临床护士的调查,对中文版量表的效度与信度进行分析、评价。结果:中文版同情疲劳量表按特征值≥1的标准通过最大正交旋转,共提取5个公因子,累积方差贡献率为55.642%;总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.91,3个维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.87、0.73、0.84。结论:中文版同情疲劳量表具有较高的效度和信度,具有一定的实用价值,可用于评价国内临床护士同情疲劳水平。

Objective： To develop the Chinese version of the Compassion Fatigue Scale and to use it among Chinese clinical nurses. Methods： We translated the English version scale from Prof. Stamm to Chinese and evaluated the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the scale by experts and 305 clinical nurses. Results： The explanatory factor analysis was conducted using orthogonal rotation through the maximum variation principle components extraction which revealed the presence of 5 components with eigenvalues exceeding 1, explaining totally 55.642% of the variance. The Cronbach＇s alpha of the total scale and three dimensions were 0.91, 0.87, 0.73 and 0.84, respectively.Conclusion： The Chinese version of the Compassion Fatigue Scale has good reliability and validity and could be used in Chinese clinical nurses.
