摘要
目的:探索手术室最佳排班方法,提高效率,降低人力成本。方法:从手术麻醉系统中调出2011年6月至2012年5月某三级甲等医院手术室的全部手术时间,统计分析并总结其规律。结果:根据实际工作经调整后,除剖宫产专用手术间外的其余所有手术间平均每日工作时间为(9.69±0.52)h。结论:将护理人员每日工作时间调整为10h工作制,既可以在不增加人力的基础上尽量减少加班时数,又可以保证休息时间。
Objective: To explore the optimal nurse scheduling methods in the operating room, improve efficiency and reduce labor costs. Methods: The authors exported all of the information of operation time (from June 201l to May 2012) from anesthesia information management system. And then they analyzed the regular rules. Results: Except for special operation room of cesarean section, the daily average working time of all operation room was (9.69±0.52) hours. Conclusion: If not increasing human resource, adjusting the nursing staff daily work time to ten hours should be reasonable to reduce overtime hours and ensure nurses' rest period.
