高脂血症患者健康教育需求状况调查分析

Health education needs in hyperlipidemia patients

目的:了解高脂血症患者健康教育需求,为其提供满意的健康教育服务。方法:采用问卷调查法,对392名高脂血症患者进行健康教育内容及方式需求情况调查。结果:高脂血症患者对健康教育知识及方式的需求情况中,防病知识(47.97%)和一对一讲解(78.06%)分别为最高需求;本科及其以上学历的患者和高中及其以下学历的患者对营养知识、生活方式以及健康资料发放方面的需求存在差别(P<0.05)。结论:开展系统的健康教育是降低高脂血症患病率的重要手段,提高护理人员素质是提高体检工作质量的关键。

Objective： To investigate the health education needs in patients with hypedipidemia. Methods： A total of 392 hyperlipidemic patients were investigated by a self designed questionnaire, which included education contents and methods. Results： Disease prevention knowledge was the highest education demand （47.97%）, while face to face communication was the most needed education method （78.06%）. There were differences on the needs for knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle among people with different education level （P〈0.05）, who also had different requests on education material. Conclusion： Systematic health education is needed to reduce the prevalence of hyperlipidemia.
