摘要
目的 观察一次性颅骨整形性外减压术的手术疗效。方法 对 1995年 9月至 1999年 3月在我院实施的 6 4例手术患者进行 3个月到 3.5年的术后临床和影像学随访。结果 96 .4%的患者恢复良好 ,术后脑积水和癫的发生率明显降低。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of onceforall cranioplastic decompression in intracranial hypertension of head injury. Methods By analyzing the clinical and rediological data of 64 patients who underwent onceforall cranioplastic decompression in our hospital from September 1995 to March 1999 and 56 cases were followedup for 3 months to 3.5 years.Results It was shown that effectiveness of the operation was excellent in 96.4% of cases. No postoperative hydrocephalus occurred and the episodic attacks of epilepsy were much less. Conclusion The authors believe external cranioplastic decompression is an effective method in treatment of intracranial hypertension. RNA.(Shanghai Med J, 2000,23∶399400)
