摘要 目的 探讨早期硫酸镁治疗对大鼠颅脑创伤后线粒体的影响。方法  30只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组 ,颅脑创伤组及硫酸镁治疗组。对自由落体致颅脑伤的大鼠在致伤同时进行腹腔注射硫酸镁治疗 ,伤后 2 4h测定各组大鼠脑线粒体Ca2 +、Mg2 +、丙二醛 (MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 颅脑创伤后线粒体Ca2 +和MDA含量增加 ,Mg2 +含量及SOD活性降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。与创伤组相比 ,硫酸镁治疗组的上述变化趋势均得到明显抑制。结论 早期硫酸镁治疗可以减轻大鼠颅脑创伤后线粒体的自由基损害。 Objective To investigate the influence of treatment of magnesium sulfate on the free radical insult in mitochondria after brain trauma in rat. Methods Thirty SpragueDawley rats were randomly assigned to one of the three groups: control, brain trauma and treated with magnesium sulfate. In the treated group, the magnesium sulfate was administered intraperitoneally immediately following brain trauma. The content of MDA, Ca 2+ 、 Mg 2+ and the activities of SOD in brain mitochondria were measured 24 hours after brain trauma in rats. Results The level of MDA and Ca 2+ raised markedly but the activities of SOD drop significantly (P<0.05). However, these changes were found suppressed in the treated group. Conclusion Early treatment with MgSO 4 after brain injury can mitigate the free radical insult in brain mitochondria of rats.(Shanghai Med J, 2000,23∶408410)
