摘要
目的:探讨结合案例分析对新护士进行护理操作培训的效果。方法:将2010年7月新进护士48名作为对照组,采用传统方法进行培训;将2011年7月新进护士50名作为观察组,结合案例分析进行培训,即针对基础护理操作项目,由带教老师收集临床护理操作中发生的相关缺陷案例,整编为操作带教案例,在带教中通过对缺陷案例进行演示和举一反三的分析讨论,促进新护士对操作的理解和掌握。结果:新护士对案例分析法操作培训满意率达90.0%~98.0%;观察组新护士操作理论、实践考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);培训上岗后观察组护理操作差错发生例数较少。结论:结合案例分析的操作培训模式贴近临床,能促进新护士对操作的掌握以及正确解决临床护理操作中遇到的问题,增强护理操作安全意识,保障患者安全。
Objective: To explore the effect of training new nurses about technical operations by case analysis. Methods: 48 new nurses employed in July 2010, regarded as control group, were trained by traditional methods. 50 new nurses employed in July 2011, regarded as observation group, were trained by traditional methods combined with case analysis. In observation group, our instructors collected cases related to basic technical operations in clinical practice, and reorganized them into teaching cases. They promoted new nurses' understanding and mastering of technical operations by teaching these cases with methods of demonstration, analysis and discussions. Results: The satisfaction rate of new nurses trained by case analysis ranged from 90% to 98%. Their operation theory and practice exams were both better than those in control group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), and the incidence of technical operation errors in observation group were less than control group. Conclusions: Combining case analysis with traditional methods is similar to clinic practice, and can promote new nurses to master the techniques as well as to correctly solve problems encountered in clinical practice. It can enhance nurses' awareness of safety in technical operations and protect patient safety.
