摘要
目的:研究中医膏方在上海光明中医医院院的发展状态与特色优势。方法:利用医院HIS系统,获取2010-2012年冬季膏方的全部中药饮片处方并进行统计分析。结果:中医膏方发展速度较快、服用人群满意率较高、专科特色明显。结论:基层中医院可以充分利用膏方特色,打造中医院特色品牌,提升膏方在中医药防治体系中的地位。
Objective To study the development and characteristic priority of adhesive plaster prescriptions in Shanghai Guangrning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods Prescriptions of herbal pieces decoetion, retrieved in the HIS system from 2010 to 2012, were analyzed. Results The development prepared for of adhesive piaster prescriptions was relatively fast in our hospital, the satisfactory rate of their administration populations was rather high, and the characteristics of special departments were significant. Conclusion Hospitals of traditional Chi- nese medicine can create their characteristie brand of traditional Chinese medicine and increase the position of adhesive plaster prescriptions in disease prevention and treatment system of herbal medicine by making full use of adhesive piaster prescriptions.
