摘要
旨在研究稠油中环烷酸对碳钢腐蚀的规律。鉴于油流在湍流条件下,在层流底层靠近管壁处流速几乎为零,设置静态实验,考查了酸值和温度两个因素对环烷酸腐蚀速率的影响,得到了类似于第二类吸附等温线的S型吸附一腐蚀等温线。借用BET方程式的形式求得了吸附-腐蚀速率等温方程式,它可以预测静态条件下环烷酸对碳钢的腐蚀速率。利用所得数据和吸附-腐蚀速率方程式进一步求得表现反应活化能和扩散活化能。提出了三点假设,用它解释了吸附-腐蚀等温线和生产过程中出现的一些现象。
The kinetics of naphthenic acid corrosion in Liaohe crude oil to carbonsteel were studied. The effects of temperature and acidity on corrosion rate ofcarbon steel were investigated. Four isotherms were obtained, just as BET equa-tion which can be used to predict the corrosion rate of carbon steel.The apparent reaction rate constant and activity energy were obtained, too.Based on the experimental results, three adsorption-corrosion postulates werepresented, the isotherms and the effects of fluid velocity on corrosion can beexplained with the three postulates.
