基于云架构的区域卫生信息系统平台设计与思考 被引量:18

摘要 作为国家新医改工程一个关键技术支撑的医疗卫生信息化建设正按照国家卫生部的标准在各地积极推进。区域医疗卫生信息系统(RHIN)具有系统庞大、功能复杂、数据异构的特点,一个设计优化、架构合理、扩展性好的软件架构可以更充分地使用系统资源、并使得系统具有更长的生命力。本文探讨了在RHIN系统设计中采用云架构的方案,包括基于云存储的海量数据存储系统、云架构功能平台,以及RHIN平台多模式设计;总结了实现云架构的几种关键技术,提出了异构平台间的数据转换解决方案;并以卫生综合管理信息平台为例给出了RHIN系统实现的实例。本文的研究证明,在规模庞大、功能复杂的区域医疗卫生信息系统中采用云计算架构可以优化系统资源调配、支持大规模电子健康档案(EHR)数据和电子病历(EMR)数据的有效存储和管理、在区域平台基础上实现不同机构和系统间的数据共享、互联互通。 As a key technology to support the execution of National New Medical Reform in China, the development and construction of regional medical and health information network (RHIN) is being carried on in various provinces and regions. Characterized by a large system scale, complex functionality and data heterogeneity, the RHIN system is in need of a well-designed architecture with a good scalability that can better schedule and use system resources and turn out a longer life span in usage. In this paper, a system design which based on cloud framework is presented and discussed, containing a cloud storage system for extra-large scale of data, a cloud-based function platform and a multi-mode design of RHIN system. We also discussed the key techniques in implementing such a cloud-based system and presented a technical solution to the data exchange between heterogeneous platforms, and showed an example of developing an integrated health information management platform of the RHIN system. Our design and development experience demonstrates that, by deploying a well-designed cloud architecture, the goals of optimized resource assignment, efficient data storage and management for extra-large scale of EHR and EMR data, data exchange and sharing among different organizations and platforms can also be achieved.
