正交试验设计优选鱼胆草提取工艺研究

Optimization of extraction of Herba Swertia davidi by orthogonal test

目的对鱼胆草的提取工艺进行优化研究。方法采用L9(34)正交设计,以鱼胆草中的獐牙菜苦苷含量为考察指标。考察提取时间、乙醇用量、浸泡时间3个因素对提取的影响。结果鱼胆草的最适提取工艺条件是:浸泡0.5 h,回流提取2次,加50%乙醇量分别为10、8倍,提取时间依次为1.5、1.0 h。结论本提取工艺设计合理,稳定可行,操作简便,为鱼胆草的研究和开发提供了借鉴。

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Herba Swertia Davidi. Methods The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design L9（34）, while Swertiamarin was adopted as the index. Factors such as extraction time, ethanol quantity and immersion were evaluated to determine their effect on the extraction process. Results The optimum extraction condition was soaking in 10 and 8 times of 50% ethanol for 0.5 h; the extraction times was 1.5 and 1.0 h. Conclu- sion The extraction procedure is reliable and simple, which provides a basis for further exploitation of natural resources.
