摘要
目的通过正交设计优化回流法提取秦皮中秦皮甲素的提取工艺。方法通过单因素及L9(34)正交试验优选秦皮中秦皮甲素的提取工艺。考察回流提取法中乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数、提取温度对秦皮甲素量的影响。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度75%,料液比为1:10,提取温度为65℃,提取次数为4次,每次提取2 h。结论正交设计优化提取工艺可较好地提取秦皮中的秦皮甲素。
Objective To optimize the extraction of aesculin from Cortex Fraxini. Methods The extraction of aesculin from Cortex Fraxini was optimized by single factor and L9 (34) orthogonal design. The influences of alcohol concentration, solid- liquid ratio, extraction time, number of extraction, and extraction temperature on the content of aesculin were investigated. Results The optimum conditions were as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1 : 10, extracting 4 times at 65 ℃, each time for 2 h with 75% ethanol. Conclusion The technics optimized by orthogonal design can extract aesculin from CortexFraxini.
