门诊手术中静脉注射利多卡因的疗效
摘要
McKay等于本杂志一篇报道中比较了对门诊手术患者随机静脉注射利多卡因或者生理盐水的效果。尽管在门诊手术中很少静脉应用利多卡因，其他手术围术期应用却很常见。静脉应用低剂量的利多卡因很容易实施，有确切的镇痛效果，可改善痛觉敏感并具有抗炎效应，
