模拟低压氧舱下大鼠血中胃泌素、胃动素在不同时间内的变化及其意义

The Changes of Gastrin and Motilin of Rats and its Significance at Different Times under Simulated Hypoxic Condition

摘要 目的:探讨模拟低压氧舱下大鼠血中胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)水平在不同时间内的变化及其意义。方法:大鼠由兰州到达西宁后,随机分为五组,正常对照组(10只),立即腹腔麻醉后,颈动脉取血。12小时组、24小时组、36小时组、48小时组(各10只),分别在进入模拟低压氧舱后12小时、24小时、36小时、48小时腹腔麻醉后,颈动脉取血。模拟低压氧舱内正常进水进食。所有标本采用放射免疫法测定GAS、MTL水平。比较各组GAS、MTL水平变化。结果:与对照组相比,大鼠在进入模拟低压氧舱12小时后,血中GAS、MTL水平变化不大。24小时后GAS水平出现上升趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);MTL水平显著下降(P<0.05)。36小时后GAS水平达最高值,但仍无统计学意义;MTL水平持续下降(P<0.001)。48小时后GAS水平再次下降,仍无统计学意义;MTL水平显著下降(P<0.001)。结论:大鼠血中GAS、MTL水平变化与急进模拟低压氧舱的时间有明显关系。 Objective:To investigate the changes of serum level of gastrin(GAS) and motilin(MTL) at different times in rats exposed to hypobaric hypoxia.Methods:The 40 rats from Lanzhou to Xining were divided into four test groups,each10 animals,and exposing them to a hypoxia in simulated environment for 12h,24h,36h and 48h respectively,the carotid blood samples were collected after varying exposed periods of times.10 rats served as the control group,as soon as they reached Xining,blood sample was collected from carotid after peritoneal anesthesia.Serum levels of GAS and MTL were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results:As compared with the control group,the levels of GAS and MTL in 12h group had litter change(P&gt;0.05);The serum levels of GAS was increased in 24h and 36h group(P&gt;0.05);and the decrease order of level of MTL was 24h&lt; 36h &lt;48h group(P&lt;0.05 or &lt;0.01).Conclusions:The changes of level of GAS and MTL had showed significant relationship with the exposed time in low-oxygen chamber.
