摘要
通过水热法以Zn(CH3COO)2、次六甲基四胺(HMT)和NH3.H2O作为原材料,以Zn片作为锌源,通过改变原材料的用量比、反应时间、反应温度等不同生长参数获得不同形貌的ZnO纳米结构,并着重研究了其亲疏水性能.结果表明,合成的ZnO纳米棒阵列具有良好的疏水性能,可应用到自清洁的微米级或纳米级器件中来代替薄膜.
In this paper, zinc oxide nanorod arrays are synthesized at certain condition by using zinc nitrate, HMT and ammonia as the raw materials and Zn plate as underlay under the hydrotherrnal conditions. The hydrophobic properties of ZnO nanorod arrays in different growth condition are researched by changing dosages of sources, reaction time, reaction temperature, the pH value of solution. The results show that the ZnO nanorod arrays have better hydrophobic properties and can be applied to self - clean micro/nano - devices.
