摘要
定性分析房地产价格、房地产开发投资、通货膨胀三者之间的相互关系:选用山西省2006~2011年的季度数据,通过平稳性检验、Granger因果检验和VAR模型进行实证分析。,结果表明,房价与通货膨胀均较大程度影响房地产开发投资额:通货膨胀比房地产开发投资对房价的影响大:房价比房地产开发投资对通货膨胀的影响大。
Qualitatively analyzes the relationships of price of real estate, real estate development investment and the in- flation, and, through the stationary test, Granger causality test and the VAR model, makes an empirical analysis on the quarterly data from 2006 to 20l 1 in Shanxi province. The results show that, both real estate price and inflation are large- ly affect the real estate development investment; the inflation has more impact on real estate price than real estate devel- opment investment; real estate price has more impact on the inflation than real estate development investment.
