摘要 结合呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站下水库施工项目的特点和实际情况,构建了施工单位进度控制评价模型,用改进的层次分析法并结合模糊综合评价法,对评价指标进行综合评判。通过科学合理评价,明确了施工优势与不足,对加强进度控制具有借鉴意义。 Combined with the characteristics and actual condition of the construction of the lower reservoir of Hohhot Pumped Storage Hydropower Station, a model for evaluation on the construction progresses of the construction enterprises is established herein, and then a comprehensive evaluation is made with the modified hierarchy analysis integrated with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through a scientific and reasonable evaluation, both the advantage and shortage of the construction are defined; which has reference significance for strengthening the construction progress control.
