应急后勤保障装备在“9.7”彝良抗震救灾中的应用

Application of emergency logistic support equipment to earthquake-resistance and disaster relief for“9.7”Yiliang Earthquake

地震等突发自然灾害现场情况复杂,断水、断电、道路不畅、条件艰苦,而且救援时间急迫,要求反应迅速,应根据相应情况特点选配救援设备,特别是专业保障设备的使用将发挥关键作用。本文着重介绍生活保障专业设备的应用,具有安全、舒适、便捷、耐用、高效的特点,在这次抢险救灾中发挥了重要作用。

As the in situ circumstances of sudden natural disasters such as earthquakes are quite complicated, i.e. power and water supplies are usually cut off with poor road traffic and hard working condition, furthermore, the time for emergency rescue is often urgent as well, the quick emergency rescue responses are required; for which the emergency rescue equipment must be se- lected and adopted in accordance with the relevant site conditions, especially, the use of the professional supporting equipment will play a key role. The application of the professional equipment for living support with the characteristics being safe, comforta- ble, convenient, durable and efficient to the earthquake-resistance and disaster relief for this earthquake is described herein, which actually plays an important role therein.
