Importance should be attached to the cultivation o interdisciplinary talents according to the status and features of the applied colleges and universities. The cultivation of interdisciplinary talents shall be focused on the combination of industry and professionalism. Explore the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in the aspect of professionalism. Organizational and managerial innovation is needed to guarantee the quality of talent cultivation to create interdepartmental, cross-school coordinated organization featuring school-enterprise cooperation, doing overall plan for all of the relevant issues, giving full play to the syncretism among relevant disciplines to create special cross-disciplinary talents.
