北京市工业用水效率和工业增长空间差异性分析 被引量:10

ANALYSIS ON THE SPATIAL DIFFERENCE OF INDUSTRIAL WATER USE EFFICIENCY AND INDUSTRIAL ADDED VALUE IN BEIJING

摘要 近年来,提高工业用水效率是我国工业发展的重点,本文以北京市各区县2006—2009年万元工业增加值用水量和工业增加值为研究对象,运用Morans I指数对北京市各区县工业用水效率和工业增长情况的全局和局部空间差异性演变特征进行了研究.研究表明,北京市各区县工业用水效率在空间上呈正相关,相似性逐年递增,工业增长在空间上呈负相关,区域极化现象越来越明显;北京市工业用水效率和工业增长的空间分布存在明显的地带性,按用水效率集聚程度,本文将北京市分为首都主体功能集聚显著区(HH)、城市功能拓展集聚变动区(HL)和城市生态涵养聚集显著区(LL)3个聚集区;2006—2009年间,西城区和延庆县与周围区域工业发展的差距扩大明显. In recent years, improving the efficiency of industrial water uses has been the emphasis of China's industrial development. This paper selected the water consumption per 10000 Yuan industrial added value and the industrial added value in Beijing and used the Moran's I index to investigate the global and local spatial differences of industrial water use efficiency and industrial growth from different districts and counties in Beijing. The results indicated that water use efficiency in districts (or counties) was positively correlated spatially, and the similarity had been increasing year by year. However, the industrial growth was negatively correlated in space, and the regional polarization was increasingly evident. Since the spatial distribution of water use efficiency and industrial growth in Beijing was area-dependent, Beijing is divided into three parts on the basis of clustering degree of water use efficiency: capital main function district with significant clustering (HH), urban function district with expanding clustering changes (HL) and urban ecological conservation district with significant clustering (LL). During the period of 2006-2009, the gaps of industrial development between Xicheng District and Yanqing County with surrounding areas expanded significantly.
