摘要
香港兼具高考功能的中学文凭考试综合运用公开考试及校本评核,力求评价方式的客观化与标准化,强调考试实践层面的标准制定,力图以教育测量理论与技术的科学性保证考试的公平性,对内地的高考改革有着较强的借鉴意义。
The Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education which possesses the function of the College Entrance Examination at the same time uses a combination of public examinations and school-based assessment. Meanwhile, it strives for the objective and standardization of the assessment approach, emphasizes the formulation of standards at a functional level, and makes great efforts on the science of theories and techniques of educational measurement to the fairness of the examination. Above all, it has a strong reference to the reform of the Chinese mainland college entrance examination.
