大学自主招生综合改革的探索与展望

Exploration and Outlook of Independent Recruitment of Universities

大学自主招生经过十多年的探索,在招生考试环节基本形成了一套具有较强操作性的考试和选拔机制。但自主招生不仅是考试方式的改革,更是我国教育领域对人才培养和评价标准的改革。为此,本文提出要切实发挥自主招生的功效,还需加强高中教育与大学教育的一体化建设,加强高校自身招生管理体制改革,建立独立第三方考试评价指导机构,完善运行保障机制等系统化配套改革与制度探索。

After over 10 years study, independent recruitment has presented one set of relatively operable mechanisms for examination and selection. Independent recruitment, however, is not only the reform in examination mode, but also the reform of criteria and orientation for talents training mode and evaluation system change in Chinese Education. Therefore, this paper asserts that we need to undertake an in-depth systematic supporting reform and exploration in such aspects as integrated high-school and university construction, reform of university independent recruitment administrative system, establishment of the independent third-party directing organization for exam, and improvement of operation guarantee mechanism, so that independent recruitment could take full effect.
