摘要
水泥标准稠度用水量直接关系到水泥的安定性和凝结时间的测定,进而影响混凝土配合比的设计和强度,对建筑结构的安全性能也有着不可忽视的影响。自2012年3月1日GB/T 1346-2011标准取代GB/T 1346-2001标准后,水泥试验步骤发生根本性的改变,如何适应新标准中所改变的步骤,已成为准确检测水泥标准稠度用水量的关键。文章着重从环境条件、仪器设备、试验操作方法上分析其影响水泥标准稠度用水量测定结果的因素,并探讨消除这些影响因素的改进措施,减少水泥标准稠度用水量测定中的不确定性。
The cement standard consistency water is directly related to the determination of the stability of cement and setting time, and then affects the design and strength of mix proportion of concrete, and the safety performance of building structure has the effect can not be ignored. The GB/T 1346-2001 standard GB/T 1346-2011 standard replaces since March 1, 2012, the cement test step has changed fundamentally, how to adapt to the changes in the new standard steps,has become the key of accurate detection cement standard consistency water. This paper focuses on the analysis of the environmental conditions, equipment, test method and its influencing factors of cement standard consistency water determination results, and discusses the measures to remove these factors, reduce the cement standard consistency water measurement tmcertainty.
