摘要
文章介绍某合成氨生产企业一台饱和热水塔内壁腐蚀状况,分析腐蚀产生的原因,指出塔内壁是在酸性电解质溶液中产生的电化学腐蚀,壳体拉应力和介质中有害杂质的存在加速腐蚀的发生,提出正确处理腐蚀缺陷的措施。
This article describes inner surface corrosion situation of one saturation tower in a ammonia production units and analyzes corrosion reason .It points out that the inner surface corrosion is an electrochemical corrosion in an acidic electrolyte solution. The tensile stress and harmful medium accelerate corrosion inside the tower. The article proposes a right measures to deal with corrosion defects.
