摘要
目前起重机起升机构通常由三相异步电机驱动,采取转子回路串接电阻调速,由于转速下降而消耗在外接电阻能量可观,节能潜力大。文中从电动机机械特性方面分析变频器调速代替转子回路串接电阻调速的节能原理,并对两种方式调速的能耗及节电率进行计算,分析节能效果。
At present,crane hoisting mechanism is usually driven by a three-phase asynchronous motors.taking the rotor circuit in series resistance speed. Due to the rotational speed decline while the consumption in the external resistor energy is considerable, the energy saving has great potential. The principle of energy saving has been analyzed basing on the mechanical properties of the motor.The energy consumption and energy saving ratio have been calculated for two kinds of speed adjustment methods.
